Guest Arrives at Your Studio
You've sent them access instructions (door code, lockbox code, etc.) beforehand. They let themselves in and find the check-in kiosk.
They Enter Their PIN & Check In
Each guest receives a unique PIN with their booking confirmation. They enter it at the kiosk, acknowledge your rules, and take photos of the space.
You Get Notified

Questions About the Kiosk
"What device do I need?"
Any tablet with a modern browser—iPad, Android tablet, even an old iPad. No app to install, just open the kiosk URL and you're set.
"What if the internet goes down?"
The kiosk requires an internet connection to verify bookings and upload photos. We recommend a stable WiFi connection at your studio.
"Do guests have to take photos?"
You can configure whether photos are required or optional. We recommend requiring them—it protects both you and the guest.
"Does this handle access/keys?"
No. Access instructions (door codes, lockbox codes) are sent by you separately. The kiosk handles check-in, rule acknowledgment, and documentation once they're inside.
